And exactly! Taking my writing seriously - seriously in that I'm doing it regularly, actually sharing it with people, and trying to improve my skills - is like another job within itself! But it is a job I'm so happy to have! It pays in a different sort of way and it's so fulfilling. I'm grateful to be able to do it.
It was one of my favorite stories to write because it involved sort of playing around with the sort of style that mythology tends to have and it was a ton of fun to explore that conceptually in a world entirely my own!
Anyway, here's to more stories being out in the world and keeping the ball rolling!
